MELVILLE, N.Y. – Cadex Solutions Corporation ("Cadex"), a global provider of commercial order-to-cash solutions, is pleased to announce that Chief Operating Officer Riley Pentecost has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Commercial Collection Agencies of America (CCA of A). Pentecost will serve as an at-large board member for a two-year term.

Commercial Collection Agencies of America brings together commercial collection agencies, creditors' rights attorneys, and law list publishers with a mission to elevate standards and uphold professionalism in the commercial collection industry. Its Board of Directors meets regularly to guide the association's strategic direction and advance initiatives related to industry education, regulatory and legislative developments, technology, member services, and the future of the commercial collections profession.

"Having Riley join the Board of Directors is an opportunity for an enhanced focus by the Association to address the dynamic landscape of commercial collection agencies in the United States today. His insight and thought leadership will be welcomed and will complement the work of the current board members, who expertly serve the industry," said Annette M. Waggoner, Executive Director of Commercial Collection Agencies of America.

Pentecost brings more than 30 years of global business process outsourcing experience to the CCA of A Board. Since joining Cadex's leadership team in April 2021, he has overseen global operations and played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and positioning the company for continued growth.

His career in accounts receivable management and cost containment spans first- and third-party receivables management services across industries and global markets. Before joining Cadex, Pentecost served as Global Vice President of Operations for Alorica, previously part of West Corporation. His experience also includes leveraging technology and data to improve business processes and cash flow through onshore and offshore solutions.

"I am honored to join the Commercial Collection Agencies of America Board of Directors and contribute to an organization that has long championed professionalism and high standards across our industry," said Pentecost. "The commercial collections landscape continues to evolve, and I look forward to working alongside the Board and CCA of A's members to help address the opportunities and challenges ahead."
