Cadex Solutions Corporation is a holding company formed by Trivest Partners LP to build the premier provider of commercial order-to-cash management solutions. The company has 1,000+ employees serving over 2,200 clients across all industries from locations including the United States, Colombia, Brazil, Romania, Italy, India, Singapore, and South Africa.
With over 150 years of combined financial services experience in accounts receivable management, operations strategy, and information technology, the Cadex executive team is dedicated to helping companies get difficult done.
John serves and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cadex in February 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and corporate growth objectives. John brings more than 25 years of experience in operations strategy, financial and business development, and leadership to this role.
Prior to Cadex, John served as President of Altisource Portfolio Solutions’ financial services division, which was focused on accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, and BPO services. John’s previous work experience includes time as Senior Vice President for 1st Party Services for West Asset Management, Managing Director for Triton Management Services, a private equity consulting practice, Director, Business Development for Broadpoint, a media and e-commerce company, and finance roles at Procter & Gamble.
John earned an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. John Fisher College.
Riley, with over 30 years of global BPO expertise, has been a key member of Cadex's leadership team since April 2021, overseeing global operations and driving the company's success. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and positioning Cadex for continued success in an ever-evolving market.
Most recently, Riley served as the Global Vice President of Operations for Alorica, which was previously part of the West Corporation (known as West Asset Management). Riley’s work history in accounts receivable management and cost containment includes exposure to several niche industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, and insurance. His ARM tenure spans both first- and third-party receivable management services across many industries worldwide. He is well-versed in leveraging proprietary technology tools and data to improve clients’ business processes and cash flow through both on- and off-shore solutions.
Riley began his career as a collections representative and progressed through roles in training, collections management, portfolio and operational strategy, and management operations.
Shannon leads the transformation of People and Culture at Cadex, driving strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth on a global scale.
With over 20 years of progressive HR experience, Shannon has a proven track record in both private and public sectors. Her expertise includes executive coaching, building high-performing teams, supporting global M&A activities, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Previously, Shannon served as an HR leader at ING Investments, where she developed a staffing needs model, managed office closures and relocations, and played a key role in global M&A support. At Endurance International Group, she guided the company through rapid growth, expanding from 750 to over 1,200 employees within a year, and supported leadership communication and transitional activities during the company’s acquisition.
Shannon holds dual degrees from Arizona State University—a BA in Business Communication and a BA in French—after completing her studies in Lille, France.
Seth provides the vision for the company’s digital transformation strategy while managing the technology products and service-delivery architecture. His passion for data and technology has driven him for the last 20 years, during which he has applied machine learning and behavioral science-based prediction models to software products in financial settings.
Before joining Cadex, Seth was the co-founder and Chief Scientist of Altisource Labs, where he designed, built, and managed recovery optimization modeling engines, workflow platforms, and contact strategy for a global network of accounts receivable and mortgage servicing associates. Before transitioning into the corporate sector, Seth spent ten years as a professor and researcher of consumer behavior, statistics, and negotiation techniques. He authored multiple research articles and developed a patent integrating behavioral sciences techniques and statistical modeling into collections strategy.
Seth earned a PhD and MS in Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from High Point University.
Neil is responsible for directing the company’s growth organization, which includes sales, marketing, and client experience. He oversees the functional leadership of each department to develop and execute Cadex’s go-to-market strategies and its plans for continued growth. Neil has nearly 30 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry with a focus on customer experience, contact center and digital transformation solutions.
Most recently, Neil was with VXI Global Solutions, LLC, a global leader in technology-enabled customer experience, where he was responsible for strategic consulting engagements and customer experience roadmap development for some of the world’s most respected brands. He served VXI in successive roles as chief client officer, chief revenue officer, and chief digital officer. Prior to joining the VXI, Neil held several executive positions at Hinduja Global Services and at Transcom Worldwide, where he oversaw and implemented a turnaround strategy for a $150M region of the publicly traded company.
A proud Torontonian, Neil has a strong passion for humanity, specifically in the areas of impact sourcing, DEI&B, and in supporting non-profit organizations.
Michael brings over 30 years of experience in financial leadership, business process outsourcing, and strategic transformation. As Chief Financial Officer at Cadex, he is responsible for driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Before joining Cadex, Michael served as CFO at VXI Global Solutions, where he led financial planning, reporting, and risk management, and played a key role in private equity transactions and global expansion. He previously held leadership roles at Xerox, including Corporate Officer, CFO, and Head of M&A and IP Operations, as well as Chief Transformation Officer at Conduent, where he oversaw the company’s spinoff and transformation initiatives. Michael also served as CFO at Bigmoon Power and Vice President of Special Projects at Xerox.
His career is marked by leading complex deals, driving turnaround efforts, and building scalable financial structures for sustainable growth.
Julie Rae serves as Executive Vice President of Cadex Insurance Recovery and is a member of the Cadex Executive Leadership Team. She has over 30 years of experience in insurance operations, subrogation strategy, and recovery performance across multiple lines of business, including workers' compensation, auto, and large-loss property claims.
Prior to joining Cadex, Julie held several senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual, most recently as Director of Global Risk Solutions Claims Operations. In this role, she oversaw a 24/7 global claims operation with more than 500 onshore and offshore team. members, leading the successful implementation of a large-scale BPO strategy that generated $3 million in annual savings while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
Julie is widely recognized for her ability to build and scale high-impact subrogation programs. As Liberty Mutual’s National Claims Manager for Subrogation, she led a national team that delivered over $200 million in annual recoveries through process innovation, performance optimization, and targeted staffing models.
In addition to her operational expertise, Julie is known for her commitment to inclusive leadership and employee engagement. She co-chaired Liberty Mutual’s ABLE Operations & Communications group and played a key role in driving accessibility and mental health initiatives across the enterprise.

Bob joined Cadex following its 2023 acquisition of ABC-Amega, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer for over a decade. As a core member of ABC-Amega’s executive team, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s financial infrastructure, driving growth, and reinforcing its reputation as a leader in commercial accounts receivable and credit management.
Prior to ABC-Amega, Bob held senior leadership positions including CFO at Liazon Corporation, a Buffalo-based provider of online health insurance services, and COO at COPC Inc., a global leader in contact center operations and vendor management standards. He holds a U.S. patent (US 8,219,420), reflecting his innovative approach to operational and financial systems.
Bob began his career at KPMG and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
